Our clients include state & government agencies, corporations, sporting events and non-profit organizations. We also cater to those looking for accommodations for social, military, educational, religious, and fraternal gatherings..

What we Do:

As a conference/event planner, we assist coordinating every detail of your conference. We will help organize your event, making sure we meet your goal and everything runs smoothly. We identify, negotiate and secure meeting spaces and blocks of rooms as well as arrange food, beverage and audio visual needs at selected hotels and venues. All the hotels in our database have been hand-picked, but not prior to site inspections, and one of our staff members personally stay overnight at the facility. We will submit up to three proposals for your consideration. It is our goal to save you time, and energy, which will allow you the flexibility and time to attend to other important aspects of your conference. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, we provide personalized service with unparalleled expertise to meet your budgetary needs for conference planning and lodging, while giving you "Peace of Mind".

Meeting spaces range in size from small seminar rooms with a capacity for ten or fewer people to a large auditorium seating 500 or more. Most all classrooms contain either blackboard or whiteboard writing surfaces, controllable lighting, overhead projector, and at least one Ethernet port and wireless access points.
